Your package is neatly wrapped in a box and carefully folded for a unique and classy presentation. The box of your package is then adorned with a bow. A free gift card is included with your gift-wrapped item where you can specify a custom message for the gift recipient. An invoice will not be shipped with the gift, but is mailed separately, so that the recipient is unaware as to the value of the gift. Any item will be accepted for return provided the item has not been damaged, worn opened used or altered. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. Any item returned after 30 days WILL NOT be accepted for return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a credit to your credit card or issued a check if you paid by check or money order for the full purchase price of the item you returned. Shortly thereafter you will receive a credit invoice for your records as proof of the refund. You will not receive a refund for gift-wrapping or shipping or handling charges that were incurred as part of your order. Pursuant to New York State Corporate Law we are required to collect 8 3/4% sales tax for all orders from customers who reside in New York. Customs/Duties Be aware that your country may impose a duty or tax in order for you to receive your goods. Customs and Duties and based upon the legal statues of the country you reside in. Please be aware of these possible charges and make yourself familiar with them before placing an order. For all packages we ship outside of the United States we are required to fill a customs form which indicates the contents of your package. We mark all items as clothing for the exact value of the goods purchase. All US orders over $100.00 are shipped FREE of charge. For orders between $50.00 and $100.00 the cost of shipping and handling is $6.95. For orders under $50.00 a $5.95 charge is added to the cost of your order. Priority Mail usually takes between 2 - 3 days, from the date we ship for you to receive, depending upon where you live in the country. Over 90% of our orders are shipped within one week. Please be aware due to stock shortages or back ordered items, some orders may take up to a few weeks, but this is very uncommon. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no markings of the contents or the company name of the box. This way the privacy of the customer is maintained. It is the business of no one but the customer as to what you are purchasing. All International Orders are shipped via US International Express Mail. International shipping charges are as follows.
